FIELD: electrolytic application of coatings from aqueous solutions, particularly of electrolytic deposition of molybdenum from aqueous solutions of electrolytes.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of electrolytic deposition of molybdenum from electrolyte containing sodium molybdate, ammonium hydrofluoride and water at passing DC with density up to 50A/dm and pulse electric current with amplitude 0.05 -5 A, frequency 10 Hz - 10kHz and pulse duration 10-5 - 10-2s at temperature 18 - 25°C.
EFFECT: possibility for depositing high-quality coating of molybdenum from aqueous solutions of electrolytes at lowered cathode density of electric current with use of consumable and non-consumable anodes.
