SUBSTANCE: method involves applying postero-lateral access to fibrous rings of intervertebral disks at deformity top on convex side of backbone curvature and sequentially removing four or five nuclei together with four or five intervertebral disks, apophyses of adjacent vertebrae, rib segments with cartilaginous heads to costal corner with costotransverse joints and intervertebral joints, and crossing anterior longitudinal ligament. Oblique sternotomy is carried out in addition in sagittal plane with skeletal craniotibial extension following.
EFFECT: provided mobility kyphotic deformity in frontal and sagittal plane.
