Successively one should remove 4-5 nuclei together with intervertebral disks, costal sectors with cartilaginous heads up to costal angle with costal-transverse joints and intervertebral joints and cross anterior longitudinal ligament, additionally, one should dissect xiphoid process against sternal body due to transverse osteotomy, apply skeletal cranio-pelvio-extension with subsequent extension that provides correction in sagittal plane.
