SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the apparatuses for realization of biochemical processes and may be used in various branches of industry. The bioreactor includes the cylindrical container with the cover, the device located in the container and used for the medium stirring and consisting of the bucket wheel horizontally fixed on the vertical shaft in the upper part of the container, and the annular partition mounted in the container with the possibility of rotation and forming the clearance with the wall of the container and supplied with the floaters. The container is supplied with the mechanism adjusting the position of the annular partition in height concerning the surface of the stirred medium. The mechanism contains the bar vertically mounted along the axis of the container and the arranged on it bush linked by means of poles with the annular partition for its rotation on the bar. This mechanism may be supplied with: the annular partition position clamper concerning the bar, which may have the additional bush located between the bar and the bush of the annular partition; the annular partition motion limiters and at least one clamping tool. At that the bar is installed with possibility of its axial relocation. The invention ensures the effective stirring of both the liquid and viscous culture mediums and accelerates realization of the biochemical processes.
