FIELD: antenna engineering; lens antennas.
SUBSTANCE: proposed antenna has metal dome in the form of top and bottom parts with cylindrical lens in-between made in the form of disk of homogeneous dielectric material, set of feeds, and absorbing material fitted between dome and lens. Symmetrical slopes are disposed in front part constituting antenna half below and above lens and dome; they are converging from common cylindrical part and are formed by half of truncated-cone surfaces with radii of top and bottom cone bases being in 0.5 relationship. Height of rear cylindrical part of lens and that of its front conical part are in 1.7 to 1 ratio. Lens is made of aircraft organic sheet glass whose dielectric constant ε = 2.55, refractivity n = 1.6.
