FIELD: powered gas-shield welding of low alloy cold resistant steels of standard and elevated strength in different branches of industry, for example in tube production, ship making and petrochemical industry branches.
SUBSTANCE: powder wire contains, mass %: titanic, 4.21 - 7.32; field spar, 0.50 -1.50; synthetic corundum, 021 - 0.71; sodium silico-fluoride, 0.20- 0.50; ferrosilicon, 0.35 - 0.65; ferromanganese, 1.20 - 3.10; nickel, 0.7 - 1.4; periclase, 0.2 - 0.4; iron powder, 2.1 - 4.7; complex master alloy, 0.22 - 0.83, low carbon steel envelope, the balance. Complex master alloy contains next relation of components, mass %: lanthanum, 15 - 40; praseodymium, 1 - 10; cerium, 15 - 20; neodymium, 3 - 7; iron, the balance. Steel of envelope contains 78 - 88.8% of the total mass of wire and it contains, mass %: carbon, 0.04 - 0.08; manganese, 0.15 - 0.30; silicon, 0.01 - 0.03; phosphorus, 0.007 - 0.012; sulfur, 0.01 - 0.02. Invention provided high cold resistance of seam metal at temperature values till -60°C.
EFFECT: favorable formation of seam metal at welding due to nickel alloying, high cold resistance, enlarged manufacturing possibilities of wire.
