FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for automatic and mechanised gas-shielded welding of low-alloyed tube steels of strength category X90. Flux cored wire contains the following, wt %: titanium dioxide 4.21-7.32, feldspar 0.50-1.50, electrocorundum 0.21-0.71, pear spar 0.3-3.8, ferrosilicon 0.4-0.7, metal manganese 1.6-3.0, nickel 1.8-3.1, molybdenum 0.2-0.5, chrome 0.1-0.6, silicocalcium 0.02-0.2, iron powder 2.1-4.9, complex alloy 0.1-0.5, cover from low-alloyed steel - the rest. At that, complex alloy includes the following component ratio, wt %: lanthanum 15-40, praseodymium 1-10, cerium 15-20, neodymium 3-7, iron - the rest. Steel of the cover contains the following, wt %: carbon 0.04-0.08, manganese 0.15-0.30, silica 0.01-0.03, phosphorus 0.007-0.012, sulphur 0.01-0.02.
EFFECT: invention allows increasing weld metal strength owing to nickel, molybdenum, chrome and silicocalcium alloying, thus providing favourable formation of weld metal during welding and high welding-process characteristics, and enlarges process capabilities of flux cored wire.
