FIELD: welding; chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to welding materials, namely to powder wires for arc welding processes, and can be used for mechanized welding and surfacing of low-alloyed and alloyed cold-resistant steels of normal and increased strength in various protective environments at temperatures up to minus 60 °C. Proposed is flux-cored wire for electric arc welding and surfacing of cold-resistant structural steels, including shell from low-carbon steel and charge. Mixture contains, wt.%: iron scale 62.00–74.00, aluminium powder 21.00–25.00, ferrosilicon 0.01–4.00, ferromanganese 0.01–4.00, ferrochrome 0.01-3.00, nickel 0.01–3.00, titanium 0.01–0.30, vanadium 0.01–0.50, graphite 0.1–3.00. Coefficient of filling wire with charge is 20–45%.
EFFECT: providing high values of impact strength at temperature up to minus 60 °C corresponding to welded material.
