FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for mechanized welding in medium of protective gases and laser-arc welding of structures from low-alloy high-strength steels with yield point up to 690 MPa. Flux-cored wire contains, wt%: slag base 8.63–8.65; ferrosilicon 0.45–0.65; manganese 1.4–2.3; aluminum-magnesium powder 0.3–0.6; nickel 2.1–2.2; iron powder 1.55–2.82; ferrochrome 0.04–0.06; ferromolybdenum 0.45–0.55; ferroboron 0.03–0.065; ferrotitanium 0.02–0.03; liquid glass lithium-potassium – 0.3–0.6; shell from low-carbon steel – balance. Slag base contains components in the following ratio, wt%: rutile concentrate 84–94; fluorspar 3–8; liquid glass lithium-potassium 3–8.
EFFECT: invention enables to achieve required strength and operation of weld of weld metal due to optimum ratio of silicon, chrome, nickel, manganese, molybdenum in powdered wire, as well as improved welding-process properties due to use of lithium-potassium liquid glass for agglomeration of filler components.
