FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for automatic and mechanised gas-shielded welding of cold-resistant low-alloyed tube steels of strength categories X70 and X80. Steel cover of flux cored wire contains the following, wt %: carbon 0.04-0.08, manganese 0.15-0.30, silica 0.01-0.03, phosphorus 0.007-0.012, sulphur 0.01-0.02. Flux cored wire contains the following component ratio, wt %: titanium dioxide 4.21-7.32, feldspar 0.5-1.5, electrocorundum 0.21-0.71, pear spar 0.3-3.8, ferrosilicon 0.4-0.7, manganese 1.8-3.10, nickel 0.7-2.0, molybdenum 0.05-0.4, iron powder 2.1-4.9, complex alloy 0.1-0.5, steel of the cover - the rest. At that, complex alloy contains the following components, wt %: lanthanum 15-40, praseodymium 1-10, cerium 15-20, neodymium 3-7, iron - the rest.
EFFECT: invention allows improving the operation of metal impact of the weld owing to nickel and molybdenum alloying, thus providing favourable formation of weld material during welding and high cold-resistance of weld joint and enlarges process capabilities of the proposed wire.
