SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing highly dispersed powder of organic medicinal substance. Method for micronization involves evaporation of a medicinal substance in gaseous medium with the rarefaction degree 1.33-133.0 Pa. Vapors of medicinal substance is carried out at the rate 1014 - 5 x 1017 molecules/s/cm2 on precipitation surface with stable temperature from -175°C to 100°C. The precipitation surface is sloped at angle 5-90° relatively to direction of the precipitation rate vector. Invention provides a single-step preparing highly dispersed powder of organic medicinal substance and without additional power effects. The narrow distribution of particles by sizes provides creature of monodispersed medicinal formulations for injection and inhalation. Invention can be used in preparing pharmaceutical medicinal formulations and in cosmetics.
EFFECT: improved method of micronization.
