SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for plasty of tubular bone defects in patients with chronic osteomyelitis. The bone cavity is filled with a mixture of platelet-rich autologous plasma with crushed porous allogeneic mineralized and lyophilized material from supporting tissues. The ratio of the patient's autologous plasma with porous allogeneic mineralized and lyophilized material from supporting tissues is one to four. The bone cavity is sealed with an adhesive membrane of allogeneic connective tissue with a microtextured surface.
EFFECT: method provides reduction of invasiveness of tubular bone defect plasty due to the use of allogeneic biomaterials and uniform placement of the material in the cavity, eliminating the possibility of void formation.
