FIELD: sugar industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves condensation of syrup in vacuum device to the required coefficient supersaturation Induction of crystals formation by addition of seed crystals, their growing, removing part of massecuite from vacuum device, centrifugation of this massecuite part, separation for sugar, first and second backflows, recovery of the second backflow into vacuum device and boiling out the massacuite remained part to ready state. Sugar crystals of size 0.18-0.20 mm are used as seed crystals and their growing is carried out at the supersaturation coefficient 1.15-1.17 up to the content of crystals in massacuite 30-35%. Then the growing process is carried out at the supersaturation coefficient 1.10-1.12 and by maintaining distance between crystals 1.5 x 10-4 - 2.5 x 10-4 m up to their content in massacuite 40-47%. Massacuite remained in device is boiled out to ready state wherein in boiling out process soft distilled monoglyceride is added into device in the amount 0.004-0.008% to massacuite mass. Invention provides necessary depletion of intercrystal massacuite solution and preparing granulated sugar of high quality.
