FIELD: sugar industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the sugar industry. A method for obtaining the first fillmass, including thickening the syrup in a vacuum apparatus, winding the crystals, building them up, selecting a part of the fillmass, centrifuging this part of the fillmass with separation into sugar crystals and outflow, returning the outflow to the vacuum apparatus and boiling the remaining part of the fillmass until ready. As centers of crystallization, mother fillmass with crystal sizes of 0.120-0.160 mm is used, which are increased at a supersaturation coefficient of 0.12-0.15 and thickening of the fillmass to 88-90% of dry substances, this process is carried out to the content of 35-40% of crystals in the fillmass. The selection of a part of the fillmass is carried out for intermediate centrifugation in an amount of 30-45% of the total mass. The remaining fillmass in the vacuum apparatus is pumped with syrup mixed with the sugar of the second crystallization in equal quantities to the content of 88-90% of dry substances in the fillmass, distilled monoglyceride is added to it and the crystals are re-built on the syrup with a dry substance content of 65-70%. At the last pumping, the outflow obtained after intermediate centrifugation of the selected part of the fillmass is introduced into the vacuum apparatus and the process of thickening of the fillmass is carried out to 92.0-92.5% of dry substances.
EFFECT: method provides an increase in the yield and quality of crystalline white sugar from the first fillmass.
