FIELD: sugar industry.
SUBSTANCE: method for obtaining the massecuite of the first crystallization is proposed, including thickening the syrup in a vacuum apparatus, winding the crystals, growing them, taking part of the massecuite from the vacuum apparatus, centrifuging a part of the massecuite with separation into sugar and ooze, returning the effluent to the vacuum apparatus and boiling the remaining part of the massecuite until ready. Crystals are planted using a pre-prepared mother massecuite containing crystals 0.120-0.150 mm in size, which are grown to a size of 0.180-0.200 mm and then fractionated using a separator, leaving crystals 0.160-0.180 mm in size in the massecuite. The amount of supersaturation of the massecuite with water or juice-syrup pumps is regulated, at the same time with the same pumps, the prepared crystallization centres are fixed, after which they are increased on the syrup pumps to the content of 91.0-91.7% of solids in the massecuite. The selection of the massecuite from the vacuum apparatus is carried out in the amount of 45-50% of the total mass. Then, the crystals of the massecuite remaining in the vacuum apparatus are re-grown by introducing syrup into it in a mixture with sugars of the second and third crystallization with the addition of distilled monoglyceride.
EFFECT: increase in the output of the massecuite from the vacuum apparatus.
