FIELD: sugar industry. SUBSTANCE: sugar crystals are grown in the amount 8-9 specimens per 1 mm of sample glass surface length and their additional growing is carried out up to the content of dry matter 91-91.5% in massecuite and massecuite is removed from vacuum-device in the amount 35-40% of total mass. After centrifugation of the removed massecuite part sugar crystals are washed out with hot water and efflux is separated. Massecuite remained in vacuum-device is diluted with syrup to the content 88-89% of dry matters and repeated additional growing crystals is carried out by feeding syrup to vacuum-device. Recovery of efflux in taken away massecuite part in vacuum-device is carried out after termination of feeding syrup. Boiling down massecuite part in vacuum-device up to readiness is carried out up to the content dry matters 92-92.5%. Invention provides the enhancement of the yield of granulated sugar of standard quality from massecuite of the first crystallization and reduced time for its boiling down.
