FIELD: metallurgy industry; methods of the coal fuel injection into the blast furnaces.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of metallurgy, in particular, to the coal fuel feeding into the blat furnace. The coal fuel preparation provides, that conduct milling of the coal fuel in its wet state with addition of the water in the operating mill preferentially up to 25 %. The subsequent correction of the moisture content in the coal fuel is brought preferably up to about 30 % in the mixing device. Then separate the ash component of the coal and the water-coal suspension is transported to the blast furnace area. Before the blast furnace charging conduct the water-carbon suspension dehydration in the centrifuge up to its moisture content makes preferentially 10-12 %. The dehydrated suspension delivered onto the tuyers of the blast furnace. At usage of this invention it ensures the explosion-fire safety, the lack of abrasive action on the lengthened pipelines, the decreased diameter of the delivery pipelines to the blast furnace and the ash contents in the coal-fuel.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the explosion-fire safety, the lack of abrasive action on the lengthened pipelines, the decreased diameter of the delivery pipelines to the blast furnace and the ash contents in the coal-fuel.
