FIELD: physiology, medicine.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes preparation of solution for leukocyte preservation at near-zero temperature and conserving thereof in physiologically active state after warming. Said solution contains in optimal component ratio hexamethylene-bistetraoxyethylurea, glucose, oxymethylethylpyridine succinate, gelatinol, three-substituted sodium citrate and water for injection. Solution has pH 7.0-7.4.
EFFECT: effective solution for preservation of functionally active leukocyte cells.
