FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves circularly dissecting pathological focus. Purse-string suture is placed strictly in the corium center. The thread is tightened as close as possible and tied with a knot formed under skin. Autodermal full-thickness skin graft is cut out in correspondence to remaining skin defect. The transplant is cleared from cellular tissue and sewn into the produced wound defect with isolated sutures. The introduced graft is covered with gauze roller fixed with suture thread ends tied above the roller. The roller and skin sutures are removed 10 days later.
EFFECT: reduced wound defect size and load applied to sutures.
