FIELD: electronic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method of stabilization is based upon thermal stabilization of resilient element followed by simultaneous control of output signal and cylindrical heating. Resistance-strain gauges are warmed up by pulse electric current till reaching temperatures which provide high temperature annealing before thermal stabilization. The latter is conducted at temperature of 80 degrees C accompanied by simultaneous cyclical influence onto resistance-strain gauge circuit by increased power voltage. Speed of change in value of initial output signal is measured simultaneously.
EFFECT: improved quality and reliability of resilient element of pressure transducer; improved stability of initial output signal; revealing of hidden defects of resistance-strain gauges at early stage of manufacture.
