FIELD: production of glass products with infrared spectrum reflective coating. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying metal oxide coating onto glass substrate placed on bath with molten metal in shielding atmosphere, with coating being composed of mixture of tin-organic compound and oxidizing gas at 621-677 C and monobutylotin trichloride used as tin-organic compound. Shielding atmosphere preferably contains nitrogen and molten tin is used as molten metal. EFFECT: increased efficiency and high quality of coating. 2 dwg
