SUBSTANCE: invention proposes vodka comprising the following components per 1000 dal of the ready product: succinic acid, 0.3-0.9 kg; anise oil, 0.0005-0.005 kg; millet aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the first decantation, 2.5-4.0 l, and rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the strength value 40%. Proposed invention provides decreasing toxicity of the ready product by 30%, enhancing organoleptic indices of the ready product by increasing the tasting score from 9.7 to 9.76 and its stability from 1 to 3 years, and enhancing stability of taste and aroma during storing for 3 years.
EFFECT: improved properties of vodka.
