SUBSTANCE: unit comprises device for collecting condensed moisture and heat exchanger mounted in the air duct. The pressure-tight circuit for the circulation of the coolant of the heat exchanger is connected with the outer unit. The pressure-tight circuit is provided with the steam generator having the system for control of the steam supplied whose outlet is connected with the air passage and corona discharge generator mounted inside the air duct and provided with coronal electrode made for permitting control of concentration of electric charges in the air duct and increase of the voltage at the high-voltage power source of the corona discharge when the concentration of particles drops down to a level of 10⁵ cm^-3.
