FIELD: the invention refers to optical technique.

SUBSTANCE: mode of observation of multi-ray interferential image in reflected light with the aid of a Fabry-Perot interferometer includes getting an image at inclination of one of the mirrors relatively to another at an angle α and analysis of the received image. At that focusing of the reflected beam are made by an objective and suppression of zeroth spatial order with the aid of an absorbing or reflecting diagram.

EFFECT: increases accuracy of measuring coordinates of interferential fringes at observing them in reflected light.
