SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes pork cutting, roasting in melt butter, and chopping; onion cutting, roasting in melt butter, and chopping; fresh white cabbage shredding, freezing, and chopping. Abovementioned components are blended with cream, bone broth, sugar, table salt, citric acid, and CO2-extracts from biomass of specific micromycete species and caraway. Obtained mixture is pre-packed in aluminum tubes in specific component ratio, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
