FIELD: medicine, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating cicatricial tracheal stenoses and their prophylaxis due to medicinal treatment and surgical interference. Moreover, around tracheostoma one should make a cutaneous incision at forming 4 triangular fragments, isolate trachea against surrounding tissues bluntly and open 3 cartilaginous rings. Then, out of lateral tracheal walls, at the level of 3 and 9 o'clock of a reference face one should cut triangular fragments for the depth of 2-3 cartilaginous rings their bottom being about 8-10 mm by puncturing them for the whole thickness to suture them towards median pedicles of nodding muscles. Cutaneous fragments should be sutured into tracheal edges so, that skin surface should face the tracheal lumen. Application of the present innovation enables to widen tracheal lumen due to applying a patient's cartilaginous rings and keep physiologically natural tracheal lumen.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
