FIELD: glass industry; methods of manufacture of the decorative glasses.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the silicates processing, in particular, to manufacture of the glasses intended for manufacture of the flower vases, the ash trays, candlesticks and other articles. The technical result of the invention is the improved decorative effect of the glass and the diversification of the range of the colors. The method of manufacture of the decorative glass provides for preparation of the charge, the glass melt with its swirling and clarification, chilling, framing of the article, its annealing. Introduction of the decorating substance is conducted before the swirling. As the decorating substance use the mineral fibrous material, which fusion point exceeds the temperature of the glass melt. The fibrous material is subjected to separation of the fibers up to the single fibers. The fibrous material constitutes 1-10 % from the mass of the glass.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the improved decorative effect of the glass and the diversification of the range of the colors.
