FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns silicate technology and method of obtaining glass for artware manufacturing. Method of glass manufacturing involves preparing blend, melting of transparent glass melt, blocking, clarification, cooling, article shaping, annealing. At the cooling stage transparent glass capsules filled with photoluminophore are added to glass melt. Temperature of capsule fluxing is assumed 100-250°C below manufacturing temperature. Capsules comprise 0.1-10% of glass melt volume. Glass obtained by the claimed method allows for effect of 'glowing' dots.
EFFECT: obtaining original, decorative glass.
