SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, in particular, to the protection of operated buildings from nonuniform deformations and devices for controlling the process of raising and leveling buildings and structures. Method of raising a building with the removal of the virtual axis of rotation for its spot includes research, preparation of the building, including the manufacture and mounting of power belts, jacking niches and installing a jacking system consisting of flat jacks, hydraulic line, hydraulic locks and a pumping station, as well as control systems, in parallel with the slotting of the jacking niches, carry out works on removing the blind area and trench excavation around the building. Before performance of work, data on the magnitude of the vertical displacements of the sensors is typed in the software of the system, sensors are installed on each power unit, vertical displacement sensors are attached to the X, Y coordinate system, a virtual axis is set, with respect to which the structure is rotated, however, the axis can be positioned longitudinally or transversely. Data are recorded in the source file of the control program, which calculates the operation of hydraulic equipment, pressures of the working fluid in the pressure lines, using a multi-flow high-pressure station, allowing to create different pressures on each pressure flow in the group of power units and change their value during operation. Building raise is carried out with respect to the virtual axis taken out of the building spot on the two axes "X" and "Y" at the same time, total value of the transmitted loads by the jacks must be greater than the loads from the building structures, and the angular velocity relatively to the axis of rotation is greater than "0".

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing a geometric adjustment of a building in space during its raise, reducing labor and material intensity.
