FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method to balance monolithic reinforced concrete structures includes cutting jack holes, installation of a monolithic reinforced concrete distribution belt, installation of jack units in jack openings and systems for lifting and balancing, supply of pressure into jack units, monolithing of gaps between the lifted and the support part of the structure, formed after building lift. The distribution belt is installed with protruding bars on jack-to-jack sections, and reinforcement anchors are arranged opposite to protruding bars in the foundation, additionally reinforced concrete pedestals are installed in jack openings so that the top part of pedestals matches the bottom of jack openings, after pressure is supplied to jack units, the surface, lifting part of the structure is cut, on completion of lifting the protruding bars and anchors are welded to each other and sealed.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of works performance and reliability of structures balancing, provision of possibility to monitor balancing process.
