SUBSTANCE: device comprises housing of heat exchanger, first cooling chamber, second cooling chamber, side accelerating cone, and central accelerating cone. The housing of the heat exchanger receives the first cooling chamber and the second cooling chamber that are mounted one above the other. The first cooling chamber is provided with the accelerating side cone mounted in the side wall and central accelerating cone mounted in the top section of the chamber in the baffle between the first and second cooling chambers. The ratio of the area of the cross-section of the outlet opening of the accelerating cones to the area of the section of their inlet opening is 0.188.
EFFECT: reduced sizes and simplified design.
