SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the drying machine for the disperse materials and may be used in microbiological industry, food processing industry, chemical industry and other industries. The drying machine of the boiling layer for the polydisperse materials contains the loading device of the wet material with the screw feeder, the drying chamber, the burner with the mixing chamber, the turbo-gas blower and the system of the spent air purification. The apparatus of the boiling layer is made in the form of the cylindrical tank with the conical narrowing downward, under which the crusher is arranged, and the screw feeder is linked with the ladle elevator. At that the system of the spent air purification consists of the acoustic installation, which optimal parameters for the sound treatment of the mean-dispersive dust are the level of the sound pressure of 140 dB and more, the frequency of the vibrating motion of 900 Hz, the dust concentration in the airflow of no less than 2 g/m3, the duration of the sounding of 1.5 - 2 s and the cyclone, which hopper is linked with the belt conveyor, and the exhaust fitting pipe - with the suction fan, which at its outlet has the recycling valve routing the spent and purified gases into the mixing chamber with the shutter, and in body of the apparatus there is the vertical slit arranged inside the hermetic jacket-hopper located on the side opposite to the side of feeding of the raw material. At that thus the height of the lower edge of the slit may be regulated with the help of the vertical sliding shutter. The technical result of the invention is the increased productivity of the drying.
