FIELD: production of canned soup concentrates.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes fresh white cabbage shredding and freezing; carrot and beet grating and roasting in vegetable oil; leek shredding and roasting in vegetable oil; smoked pork, beef and gardenstuff cutting. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with tomato paste, acetic acid, table salt, black pepper, and bay leaf. Obtained mixture is pre-packed together with bone broth, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
