FIELD: food industry, canned food industry.

SUBSTANCE: the suggested canned food should be manufactured due to chopping, freezing and reducing new white head cabbage upon a roller; cutting, roasting in vegetable oil and reducing the carrots and beet upon a roller; chopping, roasting in vegetable oil and reducing leek upon a roller, beef and pork and the greens should be cut and reduced upon a roller, the above-mentioned ingredients should be mixed with sour cream, bone broth, tomato paste, citric acid, common salt, and CO2-extracts of pyrolysis wood, hot black pepper and laurel leaf; packaging the mixture obtained into aluminum tubes followed by their sealing and sterilization. New canned food applied for cosmic nutrition is of increased digestibility against analogous culinary dishes.

EFFECT: higher efficiency.
