FIELD: biotechnology, in particular method for production of L-threonine.

SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes cultivation of mutant E.coli wherein E.coli fadR gene on chromosome is knocked followed by isolation of obtained L-threonine from culture. Also disclosed are cassette for fadR gene knockout including marker antibiotic introducing into encoding fadR gene region and method for production of mutant E.coli by introducing of abovementioned cassette in L-threonine producing E.coli and selection of mutant E.coli with knocked fadR gene.

EFFECT: effective method for L-threonine production.
