FIELD: biotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention represents a microorganism of Escherichia type, which produces L-amino acids; with that, the microorganism is transformed so that it can have increased NAD-kinase activity and an inactivated ferment with SEQ ID NO 2 amino-acid sequence coded with tehB gene, and a method for obtaining L-amino acids using such microorganism of Escherichia type.
EFFECT: invention allows obtaining amino acids with a high efficiency degree.
