SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and represents an L-threonine or L-tryptophan producing recombinant host cell of E. coli, where in a host cell is deleted at least one gene selected from a group consisting of genes, coding protein YsaA having an amino acid sequence presented in SEQ ID NO 2, protein YdaS having an amino acid sequence presented in SEQ ID NO 4, and protein YbiX having an amino acid sequence presented in SEQ ID NO 6.
EFFECT: invention also relates to a method of producing L-threonine or L-tryptophan by culturing said L-threonine or L-tryptophan producing recombinant host cell of Escherichia coli.
