FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves suturing stomach in vertical direction. Miniature ventricle of 75 mm in length and 25 mm in width is created. Pseudopylorus is wrapped with synthetic ribbon. Fundoplication cuff is formed. Fastening suture line is peritonized by placing single-row atraumatic seromuscular sutures. Complete fundoplication cuff is formed around the miniature ventricle without cutting the threads. POLY GIA-25 apparatus is used in particular cases for creating the miniature ventricle. The pseudopylorus is wrapped in particular cases with 4 cm long synthetic polytetrafluoroethylene ribbon.
EFFECT: reduced risk of postoperative complications; improved antireflux properties of cardia; prevented dyspepsia disorders from being occurred.
