FIELD: medicine; surgery.
SUBSTANCE: pseudo-pylorus is covered with two-layered tape made of polytetrafluoroethylene of width 2.5 cm, and total length 20 cm. One tape end has aperture of length 1 cm and width 0.5 cm. The other tape end has notch provided from the end to the middle throughout 10 cm so that middle width of tape corresponds to length of cut out aperture of the other end. Then tape end is inserted to aperture of other end and tighten to tape middle. Thus lock is formed. Then within the lock tape is sutured and filed to anterior wall of pseudo-pylorus circle. Cuff is peritonised by pulling posterior wall of gastric fundus upwards and suturing it with anterior wall of stomach. Thus fundoplication cuff is formed round small miniature ventricle and oesophagus. After that cuff is fixed above by 1.5 cm from anatomical cardiac orifice capturing oesophagus wall to suture.
EFFECT: method enables to simplify operation techniques; to improve antireflux cardiac properties; to reduce intervention cost; to lower risk of development of postoperative complications.
