SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to medicine, in particular, to abdominal surgery, gastroenterology. Stomach is sutured vertically. Minor stomach of 77 mm long and 25 mm wide is formed. Minor stomach is shrouded. Clamp sutures lines are peritonised by application of one-row atraumatic seromascular sutures. Back wall of the fundus of stomach is sutured with the front wall. Total fundoaplication sleeve is formed around minor stomach. Thereat walls of the stomach and esophagus are grasped into the suture. There fore a band of dura matter of 3.5 cm wide and total length of 17 cm is used for shrouding of the minor stomach. There is a hole of 2 cm long and 0.5 cm wide made on the one end of the band. On the other one there is 12 cm long cut from the end of the band to its middle part, so that width of the medial part of the band corresponds to the length of the cut hole in the other end. End of the band with a hole is introduced into the made opening of the other end and drawn to the middle of the band. The band is sutured in the clip part. Disconnection of the small gut loop from digestion is done by Ru with gastroenteroanastamosis applied side-to-side in the zone of minor stomach. Enteroanastamosis is applied side-to-side.

EFFECT: method minimises risk of postoperative complications by prevention of development of stenosis of pseudopylorus, improves antireflux properties of cardiac orifice, ensures decreasing and prevents recurrent weight gain in patients with the 3-4^th degrees of obesity and morbid obesity.
