FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to cut and blanch potatoes, blanch and cut carrots. One should cut squid's fillet and pickled cucumbers, lettuce and green onions to freeze them. The components mentioned should be mixed at oxygen-free technique with sour cabbage, common salt and hot black pepper to pack the mixture obtained and sour cream followed by sealing and sterilization. This enables to obtain new canned food out of the known culinary dish, widen the quantity of technical means and dishes and increase the digestibility of this dish from 1.1·105 up to 1.3·105.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
