SUBSTANCE: invention is related to technology of snack preserved food production. Method of preserved food production includes preparation of recipe components, cutting and blanching of apples, cutting and freezing of green onions and potherbs, cutting of calamari fillet, blanching of cranberries, mixing of specified components without oxygen access with sauerkraut, sugar, table salt, calcium lactate and black bitter pepper, packing of prepared mixture and vegetable oil.
EFFECT: production of preserved food with high assimilability.
