FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: recipe components are prepared. Potatoes are cut and blanched. Beetroot and carrots are blanched and cut. Green onions are chopped and frozen. Skin-off salted herring filler and pickled cucumbers are cut. The fresh green peas are frosted. Specified components are mixed without oxygen access with sauerkraut, acetic acid, sugar, table salt, calcium acetate and black bitter pepper. The obtained mix and vegetable oil are packed. Then sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: invention allows manufacturing of canned food with increased digestibility.
