FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to prepare all necessary recipe components, cut and blanch potatoes, blanch and cut carrots. One should cut squid's fillet and pickled cucumbers, lettuce and green onions to freeze them. The components mentioned should be mixed at oxygen-free technique with sour cabbage, common salt and hot black pepper to pack the mixture obtained and mayonnaise followed by sealing and sterilization. This enables to widen the quantity of technical means and dishes and increase their digestibility. Digestibility of the canned food corresponds to 1.3·105 and that of the dish applied for manufacturing canned food in question - 1.1·105.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
