FIELD: measuring technique.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises temperature control unit secured to the base of the device by means of clamps and provided with two coaxial openings. The first opening receives the unit for fastening the pickup, and the second opening receives the unit for fastening imitator of the object provided with means for control of the space between the imitator and pickup. The space receives a set of reference dielectric plates made of a material with low coefficient of thermal expansion. The spring presses the imitator of the object with reference plates to the pickup.

EFFECT: enhanced precision.
