FIELD: measurement technology; certification of eddy current sensors used for monitoring linear displacement and level of vibration of rotary machines.
SUBSTANCE: functional circuit of proposed simulator includes three identical calibration channels X, Y and Z. Each channel has winding shunting the drain-source of field-effect transistor through junction. Field-effect transistors work in complex resistance modes. Simulation vibrosignal is furnished to transistor gates. In channel Y, simulation vibrosignal is furnished to transistor gate through phase shifter at range of control of phase relative to channel X from 0 to π°. Work of field-effect transistors in complex resistance modes extends range of linearity of simulation characteristic of simulator.
EFFECT: possibility of calibration of amplitude frequency characteristic of primary eddy current sensor in wide range of vibrations and clearances.
