SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes callus cultivation, regeneration and rootage on Murashige and Skoog medium, wherein cultivation is carried out during two passages at cadmium concentration of 5-10 mg/l, regeneration is carried out at cadmium concentration of 10-30 mg/l, and rootage carried out at cadmium concentration of 20-30 mg/l.
EFFECT: unicotyledonous plants of increased cadmium ion tolerance.
