FIELD: biotechnology, in particular method for production in vitro of lead ion tolerant unicotyledonous plants.
SUBSTANCE: callus id cultivated for 2-3 passages in Murashige-Skoog medium containing 0.1-0.15 % of lead nitrate. Then regeneration on medium containing 0.1-0.15 % of lead nitrate and rootage on medium containing 0.1-0.15 % of lead nitrate are carried out.
EFFECT: plants with increased lead tolerance.
