SUBSTANCE: method involves cultivating callus of monocotyledon plants for one passage at cadmium concentration of 5-10 mg/l, zinc concentration of 100-200 mg/l, lead concentration of 325-650 mg/l; providing regeneration and rooting in growing medium with cadmium concentration of 10-18 mg/l, zinc concentration of 200-300 mg/l, lead concentration of 650-1,110 mg/l.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in producing of regenerated plants having increased complex stability to the effects of heavy metals.
