FIELD: production technology of food products.
SUBSTANCE: method of cans preparation is cutting, frying in melted butter and shredding the pork, cutting, sauting in melted butter and shredding of garlic and onion, cutting, blanching and shredding the paprika, freezing and shredding of the onion and parsley, boiling till mass doubling and shredding of rice. The listed components are mixed with sour cream, bone broth, tomato paste, salt, red paprika and CO2-biomass extracts of specified micromitset and black pepper. The prepared mixture is packed in alumina tubes, canned and sterilized.
EFFECT: cans for space nutrition have improved assimilability.
